Our properties are well-maintained, welcoming, and managed by an experienced local team — working with referral organisations, RSLs, and support agencies across Coventry and the wider West Midlands.

A clear path from referral to move-in.
Referral or application
A professional referrer submits on behalf of a tenant, or a tenant applies directly. Every application is carefully assessed for fit.
Pre-qualification
We review applications against our eligibility criteria. Suitable applicants are referred to our RSL partner for a secondary assessment.
Move in
Once approved, we work with the tenant and their support network to arrange a smooth move-in. Our team is on hand throughout the tenancy.
Designed for adults ready for the next step.
- • Have completed a period of supported housing and are ready for the next stage
- • Can manage day-to-day living with minimal or no support
- • Are in receipt of Universal Credit (Housing Element) or have an alternative income
- • Are committed to maintaining their tenancy and moving toward permanent accommodation
This is light-support transitional housing. It is not suitable for people who still require intensive support. If you're unsure whether your client is suitable, please contact us before submitting a referral.
