FAQ

Common questions.

Can I apply if I'm still in supported housing?+

Yes — you can apply while you're still in your current placement, as long as you're ready to move on. We recommend applying as early as possible so there's time to complete the process before you need to leave.

Do I need a deposit?+

Please contact us directly to discuss the terms that apply to your situation.

Can my support worker help me fill in the form?+

Yes, absolutely. If you'd prefer, your support worker can also submit a referral on your behalf using our referral form.

What if I've been evicted before?+

Previous evictions don't automatically disqualify you. We assess each application individually. Please be honest in your application — we'll always consider the full picture.

How long can I stay?+

Our accommodation is transitional, which means it's intended as a stepping stone to permanent housing. Tenancy lengths vary depending on your circumstances and your progress toward permanent accommodation.
